How it works
The Conform Next component forming process entails a longer cycle time. This makes it possible to link processes, automatically and economically. Typically, manufacturing such components is costly and requires special care because of the high-quality requirements. These components tend to be sensitive to vibration, so attention must be taken to bring them into exact positioning for precise machining.
Conform Next’s slower forming process, testing, and assembly steps mean this positioning step can be integrated directly into the manufacturing process. As a result, the formed components no longer have to be transferred from one machine to another or even to a different plant. This saves logistical costs.
It’s also possible to react faster to any error detections because the Conform Next process starts at the development stage.
An alternative to turned or milled parts
