Master distributor, Earnest Machine, announced that it has purchased National Threaded Fasteners (NTF). The owners of both companies have been “best friends” for many years, according to a recent release, and decided the timing was ideal for this transition.
NTF will be closing its Perry, Ohio facility on February 12, 2020 and moving the inventory and operations to two Earnest facilities — one in Indianapolis and the other in Atlanta. This move will happen between February 13 to 19, 2020.
For customers, this means that Earnest Machine will continue to deliver products and services offered and that have been purchased from NTF. Additionally Kathy Marazzi and Niki Muenz will continue to work with Earnest and support the move.
