AFC has acquired three new companies in just over a month.
AFC Industries recently announced that it has acquired California-based Askew Industrial Corporation.
Askew Industrial is a global provider of supply-chain logistics and distributor of industrial, MIL-SPEC, and engineered fasteners and MRO products — making it an ideal fit with AFC.
AFC provides supply-chain management solutions for fasteners, tooling, and assembly components to OEMs, assembly plants, and other users of these products. This includes inventory management and stock and release programs, kitting, labeling, and more.
Headquartered in Fairfield OH, AFC supports a diverse industry base of manufacturers across a broad range of industries. The company also acquired Oregon Bolt in January 2022 and AALL AMERICAN Fasteners in December 2021.
In April 2021, AFC Industries was privately acquired by Bertram Capital.
“We are very excited to have Askew join the AFC family,” said AFC CEO Kevin Godin. “They will help us accelerate our expansion strategy in the western United States.”
