The Fastener Training Institute (FTI), a non-profit organization that provides all levels of product and technical training for the fastener industry, is partnering with the Industrial Fasteners Institute (IFI) to offer a two-day course on fastener troubleshooting.
IFI is committed to providing fastener technology leadership. This two-day training adapted from the IFI’s live course will cover the common quality problems universally experienced by fastener manufacturers, distributors, and users.
This program will cover product-related challenges in the industry, and particularly those in product quality, workmanship, customer satisfaction, technical sales, manufacturing, engineering, and leadership.
The sessions will identify and illustrate examples of each industry issue, explain potential causes, and work through prevention steps.
Topics covered include:

• Forming
• Thread rolling
• Secondary operations
• Handling
• Heat treating
• Plating and coating
