This screw provides unbreakable sealing protection from contaminants

By Michelle Froese | July 14, 2022

ZAGO socket cap seal screws are American-made and Buy American Act compliant.

ZAGO socket cap seal screws are unlike other screws. Widely used for their larger head height, the result is a stronger part that permits the use of a higher torque value.

These screws are engineered with a rubber O-ring under the head that, once tightened, squeezes outwardly to form a 360-degree leak-proof seal. This impenetrable, unbreakable seal prevents contaminants (including water, oil, gas, fluids, precipitation, salt water, dust, moisture, and more) from entering and damaging equipment or leaking out and potentially harming our environment.

Once the sealing screw is torqued, the rubber O-ring will not break or crack. This saves time and money in costly repairs and/or replacement parts caused by contaminants.

ZAGO socket cap seal screws also offer an unmatched grip and reduce stripping. They can withstand extreme pressure, weather, and temperatures. What’s more: these screws are inherently “green” and sustainable. They are made from reusable corrosion-resistant metals, including steel, stainless steel, and titanium.

Equipment applications include: Air tooling, generators, pumps, compressors, machine parts, automotive components, and electronic devices.
