Here are a few of those services…
Thread locking: provides excellent resistance to vibration and loosening. The adhesive is activated during assembly and cures to form a tough polymer that locks and seals. The Bradley Group offers several different options, depending on the application. One example is Dri-Loc — a dry-to-the-touch pre-applied film for threaded fasteners. Whereas, Brass-loc is a low to medium-strength thread locker and sealant that will not corrode brass.
The company also provides PRECOTE products, which are solvent-free coating products based on micro-encapsulated acrylates for sealing and locking of threaded fasteners.
Thread sealing: Permanently seals tapered and parallel threads, providing an instant seal but still allows disassembly. Vibra-Seal is one example of a pre-applied, water-based sealant that when dried become a resilient, non-curing sealant for tapered or straight threads. The Bradley Group also offers Dri-Seal, a pre-applied, water-based sealant that when dried become a resilient, tight clinging, non-curing sealant for tapered or straight threads.
Casting impregnation: Seal porosity in metal castings and powder metal parts. Applied with a vacuum impregnation process that removes air from the pores and then fills the pores with liquid sealant.
