
Böllhoff continues to expand its portfolio in the aerospace sector.
In January 2020, The Böllhoff Group acquired 40% of shares in Gillis Aerospace, a company with 50 years of experience in the field of aerospace fasteners manufacturing. As of June 2022, the Böllhoff Group has fully acquired Gillis with the goal of expanding its aerospace product and competence portfolio.

Böllhoff, managing partner of the Böllhoff Group.
Gillis Aerospace specializes in the production of special fasteners and bolts, as well as surface finishing. Due to the high level of automation, this company has been characterized by high product quality and short lead times. Furthermore, Gillis has its own facilities for surface coating and can offer the complete value chain from a single source with its comprehensive coating know-how. The surface coating is also offered as a service to the market.
