The company is working with o9 Solutions, a top enterprise AI software platform provider for transforming planning and decision-making capabilities.
With this implementation, Shurtape is expecting significant forecast accuracy improvements, increased planner productivity, and improved customer service.
Shurtape — which markets well-known brands such as Duck, FrogTape, T-Rex, Painter’s Mate, and Shurtape — started its digital transformation journey by identifying gaps in process, data, and people skills to select the right platform to meet its needs.
By leveraging o9’s AI-powered Digital Brain platform, Shurtape will more accurately predict, analyze, and plan to optimize sales and margin performance of its omni-channel and multi-region product portfolio.
