Rittal Corporation has expanded the online Parts and Service tools for enclosures and climate control products.
The Parts and Service tools provide streamlined procurement for Models AE, WM and TS enclosures and climate control equipment. Online customers can order approved spare parts directly from Rittal, guaranteeing compatibility with pre-existing products and providing faster delivery times to customer locations. Customers will have greater access to tailored service agreements that reduce equipment downtime and can provide for on-site stocking of select parts. The new Service portion of the website will offer warranty registration, product manuals, how-to videos, and product FAQs.
