Packaging options for adhesives, sealants, and coatings

By Michelle Froese | May 19, 2021

In addition to manufacturing high-quality adhesives and sealants, did you know that Master Bond offers a variety of convenient packaging for its one and two-part compounds?

Master Bond’s packaging adheres to the strictest quality standards to assure consistent reproducible reliability. Learn more here.

This includes for epoxies, polyurethanes, polysulfides, silicones, acrylics, and UV cure systems. Additional options are available for cyanoacrylates, latex systems, and other resin formulations.

Depending on the application, choose from cans, jars, and syringes, or specialty packaging options — such as gun dispensers, premixed or frozen syringes, and flexible divider pouches. These choices offer material in quantities from 1ml to gallon pails.

What’s more is the packaging is designed to reduce waste, maximize productivity, and maintain consistently high-product reliability.

The company also offers video demonstrations on how to apply material from our its packaging.

Here are a few options:

How to use a gun dispenser: Master Bond offers a simple-to-use gun applicator for dispensing two-component epoxy systems.

How to use premixed & frozen syringes: Learn how to properly store, assemble, and test premixed and frozen syringes for application.

How to use a flexible divider pouch: Adhesive packaging comes in many forms. Learn how to use a pre-measured flexible divider pouch as a convenient, easy-to-use way to apply epoxy.

How to use an EFD syringe with a manual plunger: Although EFD syringes are mostly used for automatic dispensing, it’s also possible to use them manually for application by hand.
