Simpson Strong-Tie offers a complete line of epoxy and hybrid-acrylic adhesive anchors that provide high-strength bonding. They’re code-listed for cracked and uncracked concrete, easy to install, and suitable for a range of applications.
When choosing an anchoring adhesive, it’s important to consider the application, the base material, the type of insert, the load requirements, environmental conditions, and the cure time.
Simpson provides several products to fit your application, including SET-3G, ET-3G, and AT-3G.
- SET-3G is an epoxy-based anchoring adhesive with high design strength and proven performance. SET-3G is a 1:1 ratio, two-component, anchoring adhesive for concrete (cracked and uncracked). SET-3G installs and performs in a variety of environmental conditions and temperature extremes.
- ET-3G is a two-component, high-solids, epoxy-based system ideal for general anchoring of threaded rod and rebar into concrete (cracked and uncracked) and masonry (cracked and uncracked).
- AT-3G is a hybrid, acrylic-based adhesive for anchoring threaded rod and rebar into cracked and uncracked concrete. Ideal for cold weather and wet concrete applications, AT-3G dispenses easily and offers a fast curing time for same-day bolt up. It can be specified for a range of in-service temperatures, and maintains its strong bond strength in extreme environments for ultimate design and job-site flexibility.
