Fasteners may seem like simple enough components. However, have you ever wondered about the assortment of test choices available…including for tensile strength, shear strength, hardness, and corrosion?
If you’ve ever been concerned about what tests are ideal or required for a particular fastener, or how many parts should be tested given a particular application, this webinar is for you.
A two-hour training session, presented by the Fastener Training Institute (FTI) and the Industrial Fasteners Institute (IFI), will take place on June 30th from 1-3pm ET.
“How are fasteners tested?” will help attendees determine the type of testing required, depending on the fastener, and explain the difference between each test, and much more. With almost 100 years of combined industry experience, IFI experts Laurence Claus and Dr. Salim Brahimi will provide the training alongside special guest, Carmen Vertullo, with the AIM Testing Laboratory.
The webinar costs $49 for an entire company and is free for IFI members.
