Fastenal Company, which offers a range of industrial, fastening, and safety supplies, has appointed Anthony P. Broersma as the executive VP of Operations. In his new role, he will oversee supply chain, compliance, supplier development, content, property management, eCommerce, supply-to-fulfillment distribution, and logistics operations of Fastenal.
Broersma has a 20-year career with Fastenal, he has served in numerous sales and operational roles. For example, he previously served as Fastenal’s senior VP of Operations (from June 2022 to October 2023), VP of Procurement and Supply Chain (February 2021 to June 2022), VP of International Operations (February 2016 to February 2021), and regional VP for the company’s continental Europe locations (December 2012 to February 2016).
Before then, he served while living in the Czech Republic and Shanghai, China. He began with Fastenal in 2003.
