Fall River Manufacturing Company is a domestic manufacturer of stainless steel and non-ferrous screws, nuts, and bolts. The company also maintains a fully equipped, state-of-the-art testing lab and has been ISO Certified for more than 20 years. It also currently holds the ISO 9001-2015 certifications.
Quality-control testing includes:
- Tensile strength – Maximum stress a material can withhold before breaking
- Yield strength – Stress at which a material begins to deform.
- Proof load – Amount of force that a fastener must withstand without permanently deforming.
- Rockwell testing – (HRB HRC)-indentation hardness of a material.
To meet the demands of its customers, Fall River Manufacturing is also offering an express delivery program. All products are packaged in plain, corrugated boxes and proudly stamped “Made in USA.” The company uses these non-branded boxes with the goal of reducing customers’ repackaging costs. Barcode labeling is available upon request.
