BBI announces its new Tapking HD concrete screw anchor is now available.
The U.S. Anchor Division of Brighton-Best International (BBI), a master fastener distributor, recently announced the addition of the Tapking HD, heavy-duty concrete screw anchor.
It’s code is listed under the IBC/IRC — in accordance with ICC-ES AC193 and ACI 355.2 for cracked and un-cracked concrete.
The Tapking HD features a patented “triple-thread” design that makes installation more stable. This strong design is ideal for use when it’s necessary to anchor closer to an edge. It also has the capability of being removable and reusable.

- Stadium seating
- Handrails
- Shelving
The Tapking HD screw anchor is installed using ANSI-standard carbide bits. The anchor size is equal to the drilled hole size. Each anchor has a length and diameter code stamped on the head of each anchor. They’re available from 3/8-inch diameters through 3/4-inch diameters with lengths up to 10 inches.
This is a highly engineered, code-approved anchor that’s available for immediate shipment. The Tapking HD anchor line is available through one of BBI’s convenient national warehouses.
